As I was reading this month's Manager's report, I was pleasantly surprised to see your advertisement and only hope you receive a good response. I must tell you that two owners, one being myself, have already benefited from having the alarm. Mine went off for a minor toilet tank leak and the other was for an air handler which could have created a major problem as neither owner was home and a neighbour heard the alarm and notified me.
I will continue to put the good word out. I know of two Associations that are planning to put it on their agenda.

We just wanted to tell you thanks for saving us lots of money and work. We have been using your alarms for some time now. When we purchased our home, we bought a sump pump alarm from the builder and it cost us two hundred fifty dollars. Their expensive alarm failed within a couple of months.
One of your alarms detected a toilet tank leak that could have been very costly. Another alarm in our children's bathroom has solved another problem with our overactive seven year old. He loves to splash, and twice has caused permanent stains in our kitchen by flooding upstairs. Now when he gets to splashing, the alarm goes off, and we don't have any more flooding!
